Hi! My family and I just passed through the Southwest Airlines DCA Terminal and it was all smooth without any hassle. The terminal was well-organized, and check-in and security were a breeze. The Southwest staff were courteous and very accommodating, helping with bags and answering questions with smiles on their faces. We appreciated how fast we passed through security because we had kids with us. The terminal was also great for dining, and we grabbed a bite to eat before boarding. We boarded on time, and all just seemed seamless. Overall, the Southwest Airlines made our flight enjoyable!
