Hello! The moment we got to the British Airways MIA Terminal we were amazed at how convenient it was to move around. The terminal was neat, roomy, and with clear signs, making it a walk in the park to locate our check-in area. Checking in itself was smooth. We employed the use of the self-service machines, which were easy to use, and for the ones who required assistance, British Airways personnel was at hand. They were polite, courteous, and professional, making sure everything was in order for our flight. It was a pleasant experience to have such great customer service!
