A recent trip to the EL AL Airlines Riga Office with my friends was a wonderful experience. We were all apprehensive about our journey to Israel, but the office staff immediately put us at ease. The staff were very friendly and helpful, taking care of everything from flight confirmations to verifying that our visas were valid. They gave us step-by-step instructions on what to do at the airport and even offered us useful advice on what to do in Tel Aviv. The office itself was friendly and inviting, which made the whole process less formal and more intimate. What I liked best was the care they took with each of us, ensuring that all our questions were answered in depth. It was apparent that the EL AL team was proud to present excellent service, and their professionalism was really first-rate. I would highly suggest this office to anyone flying on EL AL.
