I went to the British Airways Calgary Office to get advice on how to get the most out of my membership in the Executive Club. The employees gave me advice on how to use my Avios points to get lounge access, free flights, and upgrades. They also taught me how to obtain rewards more quickly and about the advantages of tiers. Their advice was priceless, and I feel more comfortable utilizing the benefits of my membership now.
